Pokémon is a series all about the grind and that means that there will be a lot of training involved. Training is, of course, the only way that Ash will ever become good enough to be the very best. Pokémon teaches fans that the only way that you can truly be the best is to train your heart out. Nothing is given up easy so the only way to reach the final goal is to keep practicing no matter what.

His main goal in life, as described in the first episode, is to be the world's greatest Pokémon Master. Misty is an aspiring Water Pokémon Master and a former traveling partner of Ash. She is also the Gym Leader of the Cerulean Gym, handing out the Cascade Badge to Trainers who defeat her. She specializes in Water-type Pokémon. Misty journeyed with Ash through Kanto, the Orange Islands, and Johto, sharpening her skills as a Water-type Trainer along the way. BROCK
Brock wanted to become a Pokémon Master but due to his father leaving, Brock had to take care of his many, many siblings and could not leave. This is why he became a gym leader, to stay close to his family. His father comes back and states that he will take care of the family. Brock left his position as a Gym Leader to travel alongside Ash Ketchum and became a revered Pokémon Breeder. He later cultivates his skill in medicine, and goes to Pewter City in order to train and become a Pokémon Doctor,all the Brock enthusiasts this is ur time to get a personality like him.
